1. Sponsor and Promotion Overview
The Bobby Heaters Studio Series // Vol. 1: 44 Pro Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Bobby Heaters, Inc., a Texas corporation with a business address at 5900 La Place Ct., Suite 147, Carlsbad, CA 92008 ("Sponsor" or "Bobby Heaters").
The Promotion consists of four (4) separate and independent monthly sweepstakes, each corresponding to a limited-edition Bobby Heaters Studio Series belt drop designed in collaboration with 44 Pro. Each monthly sweepstakes is referred to in these Official Rules as a "Monthly Sweepstakes." The four Monthly Sweepstakes are: USA, Cali, Duck Hunt, and Bananas.
Participation in any Monthly Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
2. Definitions
"AMOE" means the free Alternate Method of Entry described in Section 5.2.
"Eligible Entrant" means a person who satisfies the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
"Eligible Purchase" means a purchase of a qualifying Bobby Heaters Studio Series // Vol. 1 belt during the applicable Entry Period, subject to product availability and the entry limits described in these Official Rules.
"Entry" or "Entries" means one or more chances to be included in a random drawing for the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes.
"Entry Period" means the period of time during which Entries may be submitted for a particular Monthly Sweepstakes, as stated in Section 4 and Appendix A.
"Prize" means the 44 Pro glove awarded in connection with each Monthly Sweepstakes, as described in Section 7 and Appendix B.
"Potential Winner" means the entrant initially selected in a random drawing, pending eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
"Winner" means a Potential Winner who has been verified by Sponsor and has complied with all requirements of these Official Rules.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and jurisdictions outside the United States are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, 44 Pro, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment providers, and legal advisors, and the immediate family members and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of these Official Rules, "immediate family" means spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside, and "household member" means any person who shares the same residence, whether or not related.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Entrants may be required to provide proof of eligibility and identity in a form acceptable to Sponsor. Failure to provide requested proof may result in disqualification.
4. Promotion Schedule and Entry Periods
Each Monthly Sweepstakes has its own Entry Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. Entries received before or after the applicable Entry Period will not be eligible for that Monthly Sweepstakes.

Belt inventory is limited and is available only while supplies last. A sellout of any limited-edition belt does not extend, shorten, or otherwise modify the applicable Entry Period. Eligible Entrants may continue to enter without purchase through the AMOE during the applicable Entry Period, subject to the entry limits stated in these Official Rules.
5. How to Enter
5.1 Purchase Entry Method
During the applicable Entry Period, an Eligible Entrant may receive Entries by making an Eligible Purchase of the applicable limited-edition Bobby Heaters Studio Series belt at bobbyheaters.com/pages/studio-series or through the applicable product page while supplies last. Each Eligible Purchase receives five (5) Entries into the corresponding Monthly Sweepstakes.
Purchase Entries are subject to verification by Sponsor, including verification of payment, non-cancellation, and non-fraudulent order status.
Only purchases of the applicable Studio Series belt during the applicable Entry Period qualify for Entries. Purchases of other Bobby Heaters products do not qualify unless expressly stated by Sponsor in writing. Returns, chargebacks, cancellations, suspected fraudulent purchases, or orders that cannot be verified may result in Entries being voided.
5.2 Free Alternate Method of Entry
To enter without making a purchase, an Eligible Entrant may submit a free online Alternate Method of Entry during the applicable Entry Period through the online form available at bobbyheaters.com/pages/studio-series or such other URL as Sponsor may designate on the Studio Series page. Each valid AMOE submission receives five (5) Entries into the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes, subject to the maximum entry limits in Section 6.
To be valid, an AMOE submission must include all required information requested on the form, which may include entrant’s first and last name, email address, mailing address, state of residence, date of birth confirmation, and the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes. Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, automated, duplicate beyond the stated limits, or otherwise non-compliant AMOE submissions may be disqualified.
The AMOE is free. Internet access and standard data rates may apply according to entrant’s own service provider. Sponsor is not responsible for an entrant’s inability to access the AMOE form because of technical issues, internet outages, device limitations, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
6. Entry Limits and Entry Conditions
Regardless of method of entry, each person may receive a maximum of fifty (50) Entries per Monthly Sweepstakes. Purchase Entries and AMOE Entries are treated equally for purposes of the random drawing and odds of winning. A purchase will not increase the maximum number of Entries available.
For purchase Entries, the maximum of fifty (50) Entries corresponds to ten (10) Eligible Purchases for the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes. For AMOE Entries, the maximum of fifty (50) Entries corresponds to ten (10) valid AMOE submissions for the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes, with each valid submission receiving five (5) Entries.
Entrants may use only one email address and one identity to enter. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, automated entry devices, scripts, bots, macros, or other methods intended to exceed the stated entry limits or undermine the integrity of the Promotion is prohibited and may result in disqualification of all Entries associated with the entrant.
Entries are non-transferable. No group, club, or organization may enter on behalf of an individual. Sponsor’s records will be the official records for determining Entries received and eligible for each Monthly Sweepstakes.
7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values
Each Monthly Sweepstakes will award one (1) Prize consisting of one (1) custom 44 Pro glove designed to match the applicable Studio Series belt. The glove will be awarded as shown on the Bobby Heaters website or other official promotional materials for the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes. The Prize is not available for additional customization, model changes, color changes, personalization, substitutions, cash redemption, or transfer, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs for delivery of the Prize to a valid mailing address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. No international shipping is available. Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses supplied by a Winner, or delivery issues caused by carriers, weather, force majeure, or other events outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
If a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value, where permitted by law. No cash or other substitution is permitted by Winner.
8. Winner Selection, Notification, and Verification
For each Monthly Sweepstakes, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received for that Monthly Sweepstakes within approximately twenty-four (24) hours after the close of the applicable Entry Period. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the drawing and all Promotion matters are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received for the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes.
Sponsor will notify the Potential Winner by email using the email address associated with the Entry. The Potential Winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of Sponsor’s notification. If a Potential Winner does not respond within the required time, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, refuses the Prize, or if the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Potential Winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate Potential Winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible Entries for the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes.
Potential Winners may be required to complete and return eligibility, liability, publicity, tax, or other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor. Failure to return required documentation within the time specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification.
Limit one (1) Prize per person per Monthly Sweepstakes. A person may win more than one Monthly Sweepstakes only if selected separately in different Monthly Sweepstakes and otherwise eligible, unless Sponsor elects to impose additional winner limitations in future published rules or amendments before the applicable Entry Period begins.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes Winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use Winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, and social media handle (if provided or publicly associated with the Promotion) for advertising, publicity, promotional, and related purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
Sponsor will not require use of Winner’s photograph as a condition of prize acceptance. If Winner voluntarily provides or posts photographs, videos, testimonials, or social content relating to the Promotion or Prize, Sponsor may request permission to repost or use such content, subject to any additional terms Sponsor provides and applicable platform rules.
10. Taxes and Expenses
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs, expenses, or fees associated with Prize acceptance or use that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules as being provided by Sponsor. Sponsor may issue tax documentation if required by law. Winner should consult their own tax advisor regarding any tax consequences of accepting a Prize.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person Sponsor believes has violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process, acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or engaged in fraud, deception, harassment, abuse, or conduct that may harm Sponsor, 44 Pro, other entrants, or the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Promotion, or any Monthly Sweepstakes, if fraud, technical failures, human error, force majeure, legal restrictions, platform changes, supply chain interruption, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Sponsor cancels or modifies a Monthly Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, where feasible and fair, award the Prize by random drawing from among eligible Entries received before the action was taken.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of civil or criminal law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Technical Issues, Fraud, and Force Majeure
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, delayed, damaged, stolen, deleted, or undeliverable Entries; technical, hardware, software, browser, network, internet, website, server, email, or platform failures; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; unauthorized intervention; traffic congestion; or other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the Promotion.
If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, labor disruptions, civil disturbances, war, terrorism, supply chain failures, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or affected Monthly Sweepstakes.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, 44 Pro, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, fulfillment providers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any Prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the Promotion or Prize, even if Sponsor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules. Entrant agrees that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Entrant waives any right to seek or obtain punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, and waives any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, except where prohibited by law.
15. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion, communicating with entrants, verifying eligibility, awarding Prizes, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrant consents to Sponsor’s collection and use of entrant’s information for Promotion administration and related purposes. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy is available on the Bobby Heaters website.
Entrants who opt in to receive marketing communications may receive promotional emails from Sponsor. Opting in to marketing communications is not required to enter or win and will not affect chances of winning.
16. Social Platform Disclaimer
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook. By entering, entrant acknowledges that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.
17. Winners List and Rules Requests
For a copy of these Official Rules or the names of Winners, after Prizes have been awarded, send a request to support@bobbyheaters.com with the subject line "Studio Series Official Rules Request" or "Studio Series Winner List Request." Winner information may be limited to first name, last initial, city, and state, subject to applicable law and privacy considerations.

Duck Hunt Monthly Sweepstakes: starts September 16, 2026 at 11:01 a.m. PT; ends September 23, 2026 at 11:59 a.m. PT.

Appendix C - Winner Notification Process
Sponsor exports all eligible Entries after the applicable Entry Period closes.
Sponsor conducts a random drawing within approximately 24 hours.
Sponsor emails the Potential Winner at the address associated with the Entry.
Potential Winner has 72 hours to respond.
Sponsor verifies eligibility and shipping information.
If Potential Winner does not respond or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate Potential Winner.
Sponsor ships Prize to a valid U.S. address after verification.
Appendix D - AMOE Requirements
AMOE entries must be submitted through the official online form during the applicable Entry Period. Each valid AMOE submission receives five (5) Entries. Maximum fifty (50) Entries per person per Monthly Sweepstakes. AMOE entries must include all requested information, must be truthful and complete, and must be submitted by the entrant. Automated, bulk, incomplete, or fraudulent AMOE submissions are void.
