Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-order or back-order items will note estimated ship dates.

Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free U.S. standard shipping on orders $75 and above. Carriers: UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Domestic U.S. orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders vary (typically 7–21 days) and may be delayed by customs.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking activation.

We currently ship to select international destinations. All prices are in USD. Customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs clearance in their country.

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@bobbyheaters.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed, replace or refund the order.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@bobbyheaters.com.
