Returns and Exchanges

Effective Date: October 20, 2025

We want you to love your Bobby Heaters belt. If you’re not satisfied, we make returns simple.

1. Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase required.

2. Process

• Email returns@bobbyheaters.com with order #, reason, and photos if defective.
• You’ll receive an RMA and return shipping label if applicable.
• Refunds (minus original shipping) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item for refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Final-sale or clearance items
• Used or damaged products not due to manufacturing defects

5. Defective Products

If you believe an item is defective, email returns@bobbyheaters.com within 90 days of purchase with photos. Approved claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

6. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping and customs fees. We cannot refund duties or taxes collected by foreign governments
