By accessing or purchasing from www.bobbyheaters.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Bobby Heaters, Inc. (“Bobby Heaters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to browse and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, colors, and pricing. Minor variations in color or materials may occur. All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and cancel orders affected by such issues.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and supported processors. We may cancel any order or limit quantities for any reason, including suspected fraud.

Shipping options, carriers, and delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

All content on this Site—including belt designs, logos, text, graphics, and product images—is the property of Bobby Heaters, Inc. or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

If you submit photos, reviews, or other content, you grant Bobby Heaters a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in marketing, social media, or promotional materials. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you post.

Products are provided “as is” except for the limited warranty described in Section 11. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bobby Heaters, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Bobby Heaters belts are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or alterations. To request warranty service, email support@bobbyheaters.com with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bobby Heaters, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms and any dispute shall be governed by Texas law without regard to conflicts principles. Exclusive venue shall be the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
